It's official! We are waiting on all the papers to be signed, then we'll get an inspection and survey, and close on May 17th!!!
Leave it to the Bubbas to be efficient....2 cars and a house in the first 2 weeks we live in Houston!

Ok, now that I've seen the inside...still cute. I already had ideas running through my head. I seriously need about a dozen houses so I could get all my ideas out (each with different styles, color schemes, etc). How fun would that be? If you invite me over I can force my opinions on you (or I can just oooh and ahhh--your choice). Congrats!
