I don't know what to blog about these days. I just can't seem to find the energy or desire to tell y'all (because there are so many of you!) what's going on in my life. Nor can I seem to think of anything interesting to write about.
We are all decorated for Christmas, after a search for the trimmings we left here when we moved to NYC. Couldn't remember where they were for a while, until Bubba's Mom found them at her place. So now we have a tree FULL of ornaments, we couldn't even put them all on! We'll have to either get a 2nd small tree next year, or a bigger one.
Not that the decorations matter, as I'm not feeling very Christmassy due to this sub-tropical weather. It's really making me irritated. And not helping my feelings of loss for NYC at Christmas-time.
Drew is one the move now something fierce! I almost can't keep up with him, he's into everything these days. So my computer time is limited now, along with pretty much everything else!
We had our church Christmas concert on Sunday night, and it was spectacular. I really enjoyed it, the music was beautiful, and the church was FULL of people, which was a pleasant surprise. But, I'm also glad it's over.
I'm looking forward to going to my folks up in the Panhandle for a week for Christmas. We're also stopping off in Dallas on the way for a few days to visit some family and friends and break up the 9+hour trip with an infant. My sister and brother and brother's girlfriend will also be coming to Wellington, so we'll have a nice, relaxing time with them! Christmas in a small town can't be beat. No traffic, just a few people to see, nothing to do but hang out at my parents fabulous house, and eat and chat and relax. I love it.
Guess that's all.

all the scotts will be there as well. not til the 26th, but we'll be there nonetheless...
Ooh fun! Laci, we will definitely have to plan to see each other this time!
We put a 2 foot charlie brown tree up this year. Couldn't deal with the space issues of putting up a big tree. Nate's high chair is where we usually moved the bookcase that made room for the tree. The massive double stroller is where the high chair used to sit when Emma was a munchkin. Emma had a blast decorating her tree practically all by herself. I'm liking the smaller tree this year. We did splurge eon some Hable Construction stockings.
