Pat Sajack is co-hosting Regis and Kelly while Regis is out of town. I have discovered that Pat is quite funny! I have actually laughed out loud while sipping my coffee a couple of times this morning! Who knew?
Oh, and he used to be a weatherman before the Wheel gig. Who knew?
I also think Kelly Rippa is quite cute. I am a fan. Wish I could look that good after 2 kids. And have great hair like that.
Don't worry, I'm not watching the entire program, but I do like their opening 'monologue' thing that is really pretty entertaining. After that, I'm done. I got things to do with my leisure!
Today, it's a walk across Central Park! Well, that's the plan, we'll see how far I get. I gotta jump start this labor thing.

That's lovely, but why for the love of all that is holy are you up early enough to see the show, much less the opening dialogue! You have days (DAYS!) before your sleep will no longer be yours. Before sleep will never (from what I understand and fear very deeply about my distant future) ever be the same again. You don't have to be anywhere, please sleep. please, you're causing me pain to think that you're awake. please
When you get old you don't need as much sleep. And she goes to bed with me, who gets up at 6:15 every day.
Regis is on at what, 9? We haven't made it that late in a long time, even weekends.
Plus the baby starts kicking in the morning, wanting to get up. She's already on baby schedule.
I'm old and I need lots of sleep.
'Tis true, I'm on baby's schedule. He kicks and squirms and makes it impossible for me to get comfy again.
I have always been an 'up with the sun' girl, ask my mom. Once the daylight enters the room, I'm up. So unless I make my room tomb-like, I'll likely be up before 9. But hey, I went to bed at 10, so I'm up!
I'm laughing at my post above because it says I need lots of sleep and look what time I posted it.....
While I agree that you should be sleeping, if you're not tired, then please watch more Regis and Kelly. You need to intimately get to know them as I have over the last four months because all I do is watch TV and breastfeed. I, too, like their opening monologue best, but I have to correct you that Kelly actually has three kids with that body. It gives me hope. Of course, I'd also need millions of dollars, a personal chef, and a trainer, but hey. It's possible! I sadly must also recommend The View. Those two shows keep me company in the mornings.
